At chemfeed.ie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring that the Return Authorization code is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
